I hate to say it, but I love everything about this project except the exterior materials. I wanted to hold off on making a judgement until it was mostly done and I have to say I'm not a huge fan. I just can't help but feel like it looks really cheap.

horizontal grey plank,
flat grey hardie panel with e-z trim,

black aluminum store front

Yea exterior finishing sucks big time. Gives off an early 2000's vibe. I'm just happy with the fact they got the scale right and maximized the retail potential.

Completely agree - and from the looks of how this one started, they faced some serious issues early days so I'm just excited it's seeing the finish line

I like that nice wide sidewalk. I hope there are some chairs and tables on them during the warmer months.

Overall I like the project although it could do with a little less black imo.

Swap out the black with red brick, swap out the brown for the black.
