You can almost shake hands with the occupier on the other side of the courtyard. Too many people coming to Calgary and not enough housing starts to worry too much over a project selling.

Loading is one of the most important building function. You don't want to get it wrong. Shadow impact is important to creating attractive built environments. We can always create shade. Creating sunlight is another matter.
