Very exciting project for Calgary. The retail section of the podium will feature an urban format Canadian Tire and an Urban Fare as the grocer.

Sounds really great, Canadian Tire hasn't managed to introduce an urban format in Toronto yet (even downtown)

They have. There's the urban Canadian Tire at Bay and Dundas. There's also the midtown Canadian Tire on Yonge Street.
Yup. The article in the paper said that this would be their 4th one. They might have on in Vancouver too.

Urban Fare will be the grocer for The Royal. Combined with the Canadian Tire it's a very good addition for the beltline
