I went past the park today and it was full of people. I think all the people who used to hang around in front of Beano Cafe, now hang at the park.

I'm a little sad about this. Sunterra seems to be the only premium grocery store that can make it work.
One thing for sure, it'll be busy as a Save On Foods store.

Probably why they're making the switch. More money to be gained from the change. Same reason East Village switched from a Loblaws to Superstore.

Groceries are expensive enough. Having a more affordable grocery store for nearby residents is a good thing.
