I'd be fine with the wood frame if the design was better. Enzo is turning out great, and Broward looks good as well (based on the renders at least). Some of the best cities in the world - including big European cities like Paris and Barcelona - are comprised almost entirely of mid rise forms. Perhaps part of the problem is the renders, but I'm just not feeling things at street level. That internal walkway could be a neat little feature if it has some CRU's as well, but I'm not getting a sense of how it will work. And I'm really not liking the Easy Plank shit on the exterior - the brick on Enzo looks so good, why can't they do that here?
 
They definitely nailed what it feels like to be a pedestrian at this intersection though.
