Site is fenced off and work on gutting the inside of the old RBC is underway. Won't be long until the building is gone. I still expect it to sit as an empty lot for a while, but hope to be proven wrong.

It’s not the final go-ahead we are hoping for but it’s a necessary step to starting construction so I’m going to stay optimistic.

From what Ive heard around, the formwork for this things suppose to start this year. Construction rumours at the end of the day but the intel seems pretty solid. We won't have to wait too long to find out at this rate.
