This turned out pretty acceptable. I like that the first four storeys don't show any hardie board easy trim or face fastening. A good quality brick and relief with the balcony insets create a pretty attractive streetscape.

Agree. If a bunch of 6 storey wood frame projects like this get built around the city I’ll be fine with it.

Residents win that one for sure. Victoria on 5th looks good in the background, but an old factory would look okay given how beautiful the park is.
