Excellent project, top quality materials. I think we will be lucky if ASI gets one project going. Not holding out hope.
It's turned out fairly well. I think Lido is the bar in Calgary for mid scale, with Marda a good example for mid scale with less costly finishes.

It's actually looking great! The redesign took place about two years ago: it was hellish. Then further VE really took it's toll... so watching the slow progress has been excruciatingly stressful.
Regardless, it's really coming together. I mean: wow. It's kinda something strange and special.

Is that ever a lot of window vinyl. Transparent windows are important, and the green and yellow vinyl looks like shit. I think it might be time the City starts looking at having stronger standards for window vinyl, as Surrey had to enforce when it was being overused and was unsightly.

Negative, haha. They should focus on what they do well (acquisition and asset management) and then bring in a consultant or partner who actually knows how to get a development finished correctly.
