ASI can't even finish their own damn office building, the city should stop awarding them any permits until they actually finish something!
Excellent observation! People should take this warning seriously... There is a long list of local folks who have been stiffed!I am told there is over $9 million in liens against this project including both Scott Construction and Dawson Wallace. In the meantime, ASI continues to announce new developments. ?

Can't wait until those LEDs get mounted into those niches. The soffits get strip accent lights. Hopefully they're installed correctly...this may be taking for ever but its looking great. materials are def suitable for a brittania address

Negative, haha. They should focus on what they do well (acquisition and asset management) and then bring in a consultant or partner who actually knows how to get a development finished correctly.Talk about slow going!Glad to see that it is at least getting finished, but man is it ever slow. Does anyone have any faith that the other ASI projects are going forward?

Funny, but true. Strategic does have a track record of getting things done, also getting things done that others couldn't finish.Bring in Stategic to help get things done
