Centre street is salvageable and still has good potential IMO. The damage to 16th ave Is irreparable.

Centre Street reminds me of Winnipeg lol. That street will be fine once the alignment of the LRT is sorted out and people start doing more infill development and intensification along the corridor.

With this at one end of 20th (almost) and Catalyst at the other end, there’s hope for 20th. Becoming more than just an avenue full of duplexes.

I couldn't snag a photo but they've begun excavation on this site.
Also I'm glad to see Eagle Crest is pushing ahead with multiple projects! I'd love it if they could manage to do 2 or 3 a year, so far I'm a fan of their work

That's great news. I went past there last week and the site was idle, and was wondering how long it would stasy that way.

They are pricing some things out for the project so definitely some activity. Apparently 82 residential units
I can’t help but wonder how many more projects could be going ahead if not for high material costs? Especially these smaller wood frame builds.
