Not much change since the update, a couple of days ago, but pics from a different angle. So far I’m quite happy with the charcoal brick on the base.

Cheers and welcome to the forum! I have a question regarding the slowness of exterior work on many Calgary projects. This isn’t a criticism directed at Everest, only an observation and am wondering what causes the slowness? We’ve assumed it’s a labour or material shortage, but don’t know for certain.

This one looks slick so far. Most importantly they appear to have gotten the ground floor correct with a generous and attractive pedestrian-oriented retail bay(s). This is how we should be doing it everywhere.

Agreed. I couldn't care less that they have vinyl siding on some of the upper floors. The ground floor is the one most used.
