Anyone hear what plans there are for the original Underwood Building? I suppose it would make for a great pub/restaurant. Narrow and 3 floors high might make it a bit awkward though.

Kind of reminds me of Madison Avenue Pub in Toronto. I think it would make a great pub, given the character of the building.
