This site is a go. Expect to see drillers on site on Monday, possibly even Friday.

There have been drills on this site before. At least twice. I'll believe this one is going ahead when I see substantial digging going on.

My apologies as my photos were kind of misleading. Yes, construction will take place in the area where the parking lot is, and yes construction is a go.

Were there actual drilling rigs on site? I do remember a couple of pieces of equipment on site about two years ago. I think a bulldozer and a backhoe, something. I don't remember seeing a drilling rig on site.

To your point Urban Warrior, yes this isn't a go until it truly it is under construction.

Really good sign. Glad to see this.

I really didn't think this one had a chance. I'm pleasantly surprised. Yet another win for 1st Street. It'll be nice when the streetscape is complete.

I'm also really curious to see the view from Central Memorial Park when this one and Park Point are done.

Agreed. The empty lot going away is a big win, and this will help the 1st street streetscape. It's a bit tall for my liking, but I'll take the retail on 1st, and the added residents.

Really pleasantly surprised! Another 100+ meter tower going ahead :D
