I think their Hat @ 14th Street is a solid project based on the renderings, as long as they don't fool us with more spandrel. But a podium like the one for West Village towers is completely unacceptable.

Cidex and NORR seem to think that nobody can tell the difference between spandrel and vision glass lol.
