It’s not the most beautiful project from an architectural standpoint, but IMO this is a near complete win.
Adding affordable housing on an empty lot that wasn’t being used for anything, and incorporating a new fire station, alone is big improvement

My god those telephone poles are hideous. 
Sadly they buried a 450' section of the wires in 2021, presumably so the trucks could get in and out of the site, but left the last 150' was is the section right in front of the residential homes.My god those telephone poles are hideous.

Sooo...no resemblance whatsoever to the rendering obviously. THis is more than value engineering...what happened?
