I hate the soft green spandrel, totally not liking how this is turning out.

The general over-use of spandrel in condos these days is pretty bad. The towers just end up looking cheap. I wish more of them would utilize painted concrete, like the Westgate condos.

I’ve always liked the look of the Westgate towers.

I wish more used coloured brick or stone, those materials hold up well and usually age well.

I like brick but, it doesn't hold up well on high rises. The spandrel glass panels more or less look the same at installation and ten years later.

I think the glass on the balconies accentuating the jagged edges of the balconies will make this a real good looking condo tower.

Looks slick and it went up fast. Hope they still add the purple and green trims. I'm not averse to colors!
