About half of the foundation for Vibe is built, maybe just 1/3? but it is there, yes. It wouldn't take much to get the whole thing to grade, it's a very small floor plate building.

I believe a Panago Pizza, a Good Earth Cafe and a barbershop have been announced so far. Not too sure if they're located on the Riff though or the total number of commercial spaces available in Verve.

Also just a minor nit-picky correction, the pedestrian street bisecting the East Village is actually called The Riff. Totally common misunderstanding though
