Honestly I like the Verve but the only thing that bugs me is that weak crown, really thought it would've been bigger, even adding a more contrasting colour compared to the rest of the building would have helped.

I like Verve too and agree the crown is understated. The balconies bug me most of all. I like them. They just don't fit.

More trim up around the building.

It seems odd to me that those plastic tubes which I assume would be for electrical or gas hookups to some eventual piece of furniture or public art have just been left exposed like that. Curious what is destined for those spots and how long it will take before some drunk person decides it would be fun to try and snap one in half.

Haha, you won't believe how many are broken on a construction site regularly by other trades. Its not the end of the world if they break.;)

Speak for yourself! When other trades damage my lines I have to remove it and redo it, usually find it after drywall is complete too. One little kink inside of a wall and your a/c will not work. Westman village is the worst site for this. There are guys who damage the shit on purpose.

Why? Just people not getting along on site?
We’ve had issues with the vinyl decking guys. Multiple sites with the same guy. We’ve come back to have our pipes literally bent in to a pretzel shape. Stemmed from him deciding we were sticking out to far. But we need to since we have to braze our pipes and doing that inside a wood structure is not ideal.

I wonder what they're going to do with those wooden coverings? It'd be nice if they could use them as planters during the summer.
