Thanks for the updates FR, SP, and Cyric. I'm kind of excited for this more than The Hat, Ink and Alt Hotel, as I'd like to see how EV feels with something developed in the middle of it, and to see how the Riff fits in.

What really surprised me when I was by the site yesterday was how narrow the Riff looks like it is going to be. Based on the renderings I had envisioned a wider space.

Does anyone know if the Riff portion is public or privately owned? I had always assumed public, in which case you'd hope they made it fairly wide. On the other hand a more narrower passageway with restos and retail may give it a Melbourne Lane-way Feel.

Looks like it is in the land parcels for the MEWS, so most likely public? When the parcels are updated for the RIFF.
