Does look good on the skyline at least!

Can’t get a worthy phone pic from a long distance but there’s a section up on the west side starting the top section that’s different finish than the rest of the glazing. If anyone is closer can get a pic.

There’s a section of the aluminum framed windows in the middle on the north face as well. Just barely visible in the 3rd pic.

This building may just get weirder if the crown glass is different than the podium or tower lol.

I'm hesitant to say so, but that looks promising (at least in the context of the [understandably] low expectations most had with respect to the crown?

It may be promising, or it may be leading to the majority of the crown being solid aluminum paneling. Might actually prefer the dark spandrel, as at least in certain light, with reflection it would have been less solid feeling. Both will suck at dusk.

I think they are turning out great still. and I like how they fit that part of the skyline even more than I thought they would. Well done.

I think the towers are pretty good, and I like the height on that side of the skyline (balances things out more). I think the podium is trash and if the street level treatment was better, this project would be much better in my books.

So clear glass for part of the crown at least, still expecting 75% spandrel, hope I'm wrong! lol
