Unfortunately no I didn't see anything but blank walls so far. There's a relatively recent TCHC building nearby at 2350 Finch Ave W. called Amansie Place that was finished around 2009 and since then they seem to struggle to fill in their 5 commercial units. Hopefully the area starts to pick up soon with the LRT coming.

I noticed recently that it seems the primo tower got its design inspiration from one of these lol

I find it a bit odd that they are making the phase 3 and 4 lands a temporary parking lot.

A few changes have been made since the LPAT decision, most notably:

The amenity space has been updated so that the indoor amenity is connected on the fourth floor to both Building J and Building K, and setback further from the edge of the podium. This has resulted in a reconfiguration of the outdoor amenity space. The proposed amount of indoor and outdoor amenity space has stayed the same.
Revised proposed dwelling unit mix, resulting in more two-bedroom units and fewer one-bedroom units. The number of three-bedroom units and the overall number of units have stayed the same.

1,717 units in total. 514 in phase 2.
