Surely they should be able to pre-fab these types of buildings and just copy and paste around the outer burbs? Switch up the cladding every couple of years.

Absolutely. Just happy to see something other than sfh and townhouses in this part of Orleans, with a few retail bays to boot (though those could be medical services only).
