I'm wondering, how are cement feature walls constructed? Are they added on top of the cement wall that divides the unit from the neighboring unit?

i think they are just the concrete wall without the drywalling, etc ... i don't know if they would come finished (ie polished) or raw.

its is done right there on the working floor site..
how?
after the floor is done..
they put one metal wall then they add rod mats wall .. then they put the other metal and the ends each left and right .. then the concrete pour..

This makes more sense because when I look at the layout, the cement "feature" walls are thicker than the drywall walls.
