So this is terrifying.

A piece of concrete collapsed at a construction site near the Chicago River between Lake and Randolph, officials said.

A large first responder presence could be seen at 150 N. Riverside Plaza, where a skyscraper has been under construction for over a year.

The Chicago Fire Department said a 10-foot by 10-foot section of concrete collapsed in the interior of the building just before 4 p.m. Thursday.

This is going to be an impressive building when it's completed. The more it grows, the more impressive the base looks.
I wonder what they'll do with the first floors, though. The floor plates are really small, especially seen from the same angle as that of the last picture.
