Nobody liked the idea of the tower being all balconies all the time.
Looks like the Al Fresco all year round also lost out.

Blow through floor looks absolutely fine. There was so much angst over it for no good reason my a good many people.

It's one of those things that will just be a natural part of it from now on - like mechanical floors. Gang doesn't hide mechanical/.transfer floors, she uses them in the design.

Yeah, I could see this building being quite divisive amongst Chicagoans for that very reason.
