Not really sure where to post this, so hopefully this is fine.
I'm wondering if anyone knows who did the public art at the public lot to the south of Skydome (and east of 3 Navy Wharf where St. Louis is). There's a bunch of big billboards with old maps of Toronto on them.
Were these put up by Concord for Cityplace? Or was it done for the Rogers Center?
