Hi, I just received the same update as you. The first time they mentioned it would be ready by the end of Oct 2024, then they pushed it to early January 2025, and now its March 2025. I share your frustration.

I don't live in Toronto now. Does anyone here have any insights into what is causing these delays?
 
Does anyone have an idea whether Concord has mentioned anything about the status of the roof completion for this project? I've been reading that once the builder completes the roof of the high-rise condo, they have 30 days to provide purchasers with the expected final occupancy date. Based on recent photos shared by the awesome folks on this thread, it looks like the roof is near completion. I haven't seen any emails come my way regarding the status of the roof completion or whether or not the builder even shares that information. There's just been constant delays, it would be great to know how close we are to final closing.

I received the Same update. March 2025. I'm curious to see what approximate floors are you guys on? I'm basically one of the Penthouse units. I'm curious if they just emailed everyone March 2025 for now and maybe there's more delay to come?

I am the East Tower on one of the lower floors. I am getting the same ETA March 2025 as you and the same update intervals you mentioned, Nov 2024, Jan 2025 Mar 2025. Is that possible my lower floor and your penthouse occ the same month? I am also wondering if we qualify for tarion delay occ compensation? Does anyone know? It's up to a max of $7500.

No, That's not possible, I'm guessing there's Further delays for me at least in that scenario. They start handing over from Lower floor slowly moving to the top.

The point is when will they start to hand over even the lower floors... never expected have to wait for so long.

In my opinion, tarion condition protects more on the builder side. We can hardly get the compensation even it's speaking of more than a year delay.
