That actually is an outrage. Having spent most of university in Brennan Hall or changing clothes at my car in that parking lot, I think it deserves more than boring townhomes and one of the most forgettable podiums of all the multi-tower projects. I don't mind the towers themselves though.

55 storeys isn't too shabby although retail at the base would seem more approprate. - ice

there is a lot of retail in that area anyway. Can't have retail on every stretch of every major street. Maybe they can be live/work units.

I like the stonework on the podium. I don't like how they dumb-downed the towers.
