That parking lot is going to become the temporary location for the North Market as they redevelop the North Market. Once the new North Market is built this parking lot will become "forest".

Love the base, but with what appears to be about R2 insulation for the walls, I fear for the comfort of the tower dwellers, though many will have a very nice view.
