It's rising at a good rate, you have to wonder how high up you'll have to be before you'll get a view. The trees around it are massive.

I think the condo itself is too far back from the main road and I also think it'd be quite dark in the main building area because it is basically inside the forest. Lol

It looks like a development that buried in the jungles of Panama or somewhere like that. For those who love nature, getting up each morning and looking at the trees will be nice. Those on the 12th-16th floors will have a really cool of the city with tree tops right below the view.

Those units facing south won't be too bad because there is no tall trees but those in the opposite side at the lower levels would be dark all day and there would be lots of bugs flying around in the summer.

Forgot about the bugs, they would definitely be a problem.
