IN8 and SRM of Kitchener expanding their ungodly reach across the province, soon the world. *shudders*

The detailing on the (presumed to be painted at some point) façade is not bad though. This is on of the DUO's better ventures in terms to design.

Also utilizes the theatre entrance that faces the main street (not clear if this is retail, but would make for a nice spot.)

This is like 4 different design concepts in 1 building. I'm curious to see if it'll turn out to be interestingly-goofy or just bad.

this stretch of road is horribly unurban, but its neighbour is quite nice.
