...at College Park today, I spotted one of those perennial characters about town: that fat blonde lady with grotesquely smeared lipstick who looks like the mom of Little Britain's Vicky Pollard or something. As I walked by a crowd of 20somethings I offhandedly uttered to them "there's Britney". I noticed them smile at that...
