This is a really odd question, but I have just came across this song for the third time, not knowing what it is, other than:

1. It's disco/club/dance-ish (probably even a remix)
2. The vocalist is female, her voice somewhat coarse/growlish (in the song) and probably Black.
3. the lyrics ends with "feel safe".

Each and every single time I've heard it, it got stuck in my brain for days and it's driving me @#$#@$!! insane. So any clues would be much appreciated!

I *think* it is in the rest of the song as well, though I have had the bad luck of hearing it in an environment that is less than ideal for identifying lyrics every single time (e.g. supermarket, a store at the mall, etc). >:
