I was trying to figure out where in Toronto this was because I loved it. Then I realized it's in Burlington. That's great for them 
. Looks like an awesome development... modernist, forms an urban street edge, and employs geothermal energy use. Brilliant!
Also, love the rooftop garden/terrace area.
