Sales in Davisville Village, which I describe as the area between Eglinton/Davisville and Mt. Pleasant/Bayview, is hot. Semis are selling for high 600s now. How did prices get so out of control. The same could be had a few months ago for mid 500's. I've seen at least 3 properties in the past week go for 15% above ask (normal ask these days is around 600K) the same day they started to accept offers, and this was with firm offers. Other owners see this and list their places for sale as soon as they can. This is in December, a usually slow month. How long do you see this continuing?
