As a Londoner (as in UK), I'm amazed to see how readily Toronto destroys its past. That's not always a bad thing, but Londoners put up such a fight to preserve everything, regardless of its real value to the city.
I guess I'm both impressed, and slightly scared of Toronto's ability to wipe out its past!
I do think the X condos are a great addition to the area however.

We've got so many Victorians losing a few is no big deal.

I spent 5 years toiling away in the Pizza Pizza order processing dept. in the very room that is open to the sky now. It's pure pleasure to see it destroyed. Thank you X2. (their pizza really isn't very good)
