Great tour, wylie... some really nice views. Whatever software you're using to resize your images is causing them to be a bit pixelated though.

Yes, I've noticed the problem. It has nothing to do with software- it's a camera problem. The photos I post on the Forum are taken at 640x480 on my camera, and then uploaded to Photobucket. At that size the images are a bit too sharp. I could take the photos at a higher resolution, but when I upload them to Photobucket the site automatically resizes the photo to a smaller size, often with bad results. That's why I stick with this photo size.
 
I'm very sad I missed the observation deck. :\

Why is it permanently closed? For the same reason they closed off the walkways?

This is City Hall, it should be wide open and free. If they install some security cameras up there and have somebody monitor it, there should be no problem with keeping it open.
