That's a very typical size for a 2nd bedroom in an apartmentSome of the second bedrooms in these units are so small with door placement really impacting the usability of what space there is. Like this one B2-12 the largest available which appears may accommodate a single bed and small dresser but not much else. The floorpan shows a double bed but at 8 feet you would need to push it against a wall. The other sizes are also pretty tight.
