Looks like they recently updated the sign on the site. Aiming for summer 2022 possession so we might see this project under construction soon!

Great news, 124 is rolling I love it.

Wish there would be some 6 to 10 storey residential developments down 124 in the pipeline, like the stuff in Calgary's Kensington (Lido, Kensington, Pixel, Annex).
