Well, I am no longer tied to the company but I had a chat with a colleague just before the holidays and it seems like they have decided to sit on this for a little and see where construction pricing goes and interest rates. So I guess we'll see. I do think we'll see some action on this site in 2023.

This is gonna be a really nice project for the area! Hopefully this is a sign that more of the 60's and 70's apartments along 149th and 156th especially are up for redevelopment. could have some killer mixed-use corridors here.
