I have a feeling NIMBYs might push the height down on this one. Even at 12-14 floors, it would still be good.

They might push this all the way down to 6 floors like that one in garneau by Westrich

I don't think this will get NIMBY'd to death. It's in a more appropriate location than Westrich's tower was, and Westrich mainly changed their proposal because of a change in company direction away from building highrises

Good spot for density - this will be great for west ritchie. Not a big fan of westrich's deteriorating design standards, but I'm hopeful this will turn out well.

Also westrich in west ritchie...there's gotta be a good name for this building somewhere in there.
