The proposed Century Park Athletic Village will feature two residential towers with a ground-floor premium fitness centre located steps away from Century Park Transit Centre. The facility will contribute to the vibrancy of Century Park’s all-encompassing urban campus, providing residents and visitors with a leading-edge onsite fitness facility just steps away from where they live and work.

• Steps away from Century Park LRT Station
• Planned running track, indoor tennis courts, and state of the art fitness centre

Depends on how long your timeline looks. They won't all be built in the next 10 years, but 30 is a possibility.

Looks like Procura has in mind to build their own City core -- this appears to be more than TOD. I am sure that as long as they keep leasing up, Procura will keep building -- timeline thereby determined by their own success. I am in favor. I like the diversity of design and the idea of a "main street" concourse.
