Has the fence been around the building for a while now? I drove by on, I want to say Tuesday night, and there is a blue fence surrounding the whole building.

^I can confirm this as my cousin was working on sales with this project. Told me it's gong to rentals.

Heard from two sources now that this project has been majorly downsized, to something like 8 storeys.
Again, not surprised. Just hope some of the better design elements still come through.
