When will the Hanger 11 site be finally cleaned up?

Maybe a new MUP connecting to 118 Ave? It's a bit too narrow for motor vehicles.

Yes - the MUP connecting Blatchford to the east side of 118 ave is complete! You can also drive through (maybe not officially but it’s been done by certain people…) by going up to 119 ave, crossing the LRT tracks then driving back down to Blatchford road. Convenient for those coming and going from the neighbourhood but inconvenient enough that it won’t cause a flood of people cutting through.

Did they finish that little path that's right by the station and led to the future Blatchford Market area? Would it be a more direct connection than the 118 Ave path?
And is the signalized intersection at 120 Ave open?

Yes, there is now a fairly direct walking path to the LRT station from the current development. The City really should be trumpeting some of this as it makes the community much more connected.

I think the signalized intersection is the 119 ave one? That’s as far north as the roads go at this time and there is an intersection with the LRT there. It is “open” in that you can drive through but I don’t think it is officially open yet - I think it’s mostly just street lights that need to be installed now.

There's no Road Closed sign coming from NAIT. The new roads are now on Waze.

The path is now fully paved but they put a jersey barrier at 109 St/Hugh Bolton Way. Hopefully there will be a cohesive connection to the 124 Ave path coming next year.

No signals at 120 Ave.
