Yeah, I’m interested to see the prices. If these are 380-480k, that’d be sweet for diversifying the affordability.
On their site they say starting from the low 500's

Stopped by today, started at the middle east side of the area and then proceeded to the west side. New homes are being built closer to the southwest corner but infrastructure is being prepared elsewhere as well.

Looks aside, I think some homes in this size are key in a development like Blatchford. They'll be more affordable, and more palatable to single or DINK folks. The community will be well served to have a multitude of sizes, qualities and pricing available.
Previously homes with similar sq ft in blatchford were selling for $525 (less than 1600 sq ft). The last few that were left had prices dropped to below $500 and one noted on this thread a month ago dropped to $460 to get it sold. Basements unfinished.

This shows all of the houses under construction in Blatchford right now (other than NX Build which is behind the homes on the left). Looking south.

This one is NX build (I believe).

Stratosphere doesn't seem to have started yet on their townhouse complex Pilot.

Now Blatchford just needs to be connected to the rest of the City via Kingsway. Those sidewalks are super sketchy to bike on as there is no way in heck I'd bike on the road.
Agree - need better connection to the RAH shared use path and the 121 street SUP. Cherry on top would be a path going south along 116 Street.

Latest pics from a visit today. Couple dozen more houses close to finishing, likely for fall occupancy. Not seeing a lot of new stuff starting though, does anyone know if anything else is in the pipeline? The retail/mixed use buildings that are supposed to be on the NE ends of the townhomes would really be nice to get going so there’s some local spots. Still feels terribly empty/small/isolated.

I would be surprised to see any kind of mixed use, at least that gets leased, for several more years. As noted, it seems really isolated still.
