It's crazy just how tall this expansion is, especially when you consider it's basically the same size as the existing building. I don't know if its just me but when you're standing on Jasper it seems nowhere near as big. The effects of perspective I guess.
 
I agree @_Citizen_Dane_ , huge presence from afar. I'm sure that once the street is activated the net result will be equally "mind blowing, as to shear innovation to pull this development off. I don't think this type of restoration/addition has happened in Edmonton before? Hopefully not the last.
