^ ...and yet property taxes must be killing him/her. He/she must have other land holdings to set off against the losses on this property. The building itself cannot justify the asking, so the owner must be putting all of his stock in the land value and just biding his time until someone coughs up something close to the asking. There are better deals surrounding his/her property so I suspect he/she is stuck for a long period of waiting.

Interestingly, the transformer is located in the basement (didn't get a photo of it); EPCOR hooked it up, but it is owned by the building which I guess is a bit unusual. Necessary, though, as the building nearly completely fills the property footprint.
