Slightly uninviting to me. Pop some more color as they have too much dark neutrals .

Actually, I thought the total opposite. Really bright, clean (obviously as it's nearly brand new) and quite colourful with the bubble gum pink north wall, the green faux foliage in the middle, and the blue chairs on the right.

Pet fees are standard in most rentals. I charge one for my basement suite. Helps cover costs of extra damage and cleaning expenses. Humans rarely pee on the carpet and bite baseboards
