The application proposes to rezone the properties from an existing Site Specific Development Control (DC2) provision to a revised Site Specific Development Control (DC2) provision.

The revised Site Specific Development Control (DC2) provision proposes to modify the existing provisions to allow:

• The addition of a standalone building to accommodate 9 service vehicles
• Increased floor area for the parking garage

Noticed some Insulated column forms on site today. as I drove by.

quite a few columns are up on the south side along with some floor forms. The excavated section is formed out as well. and it looks like they are doing the main floor elevation in the central section. Next time I go in to see my dad I will take a few shots.
