I still like it but the previous version was better. Hope the finished product looks good, but the podium seems to look a little less elegant/refined.

Biggest changes I see is more cladding and less glass on the E & W walls. I can't really tell now if the glassed in mechanical penthouse/amenity space is still there or not

Interesting... so what is that in storeys? An extra storey? 2 maybe?

I'd say 1.5 storeys, at 3.5 m per floor for residential towers (commercial is around 4m/floor).

Nice to see a little high increase, but the permit didn't mention an increase in occupied floors. Could just be a height increase to podium floors or for mechanical?
