This was posted in 2019, but it's the first I've seen it. Does anyone have any info on this? Has it started, and what are the chances it will actually end up like these renders? This is what I wish more of the new commercial being built in the suburbs would look like—incorporated into the community with high-density, walkable residential mixed in.

How suitable are these buildings for a residential or hotel conversion?

I have looked at both in the past and Chancery Hall has the potential to make a spectacular boutique hotel conversion and Century Place would make an equally spectacular mixed-use conversion (particularly with the potential to add some larger/higher end units to a higher end location) with both of them complimenting each other quite nicely if done together and sharing some common/value added elements architecturally and financially.
